Led the Deepwater Well Intervention for the first Deepwater Intervention Project for PETRONAS in Mauritania, Subsea OHGP planning and execution offshore Trinidad

Has wide experience in managing corporate and project HSE from contract tendering & compliance, management systems (HSEMS), risk management, audit & compliance, training and competencies and other range of HSE excellence. Also a Quality Management Representative to ensure company compliance and certification in ISO19001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & ISO45001:2018. Shazman is registered with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health of Malaysia as a Competent Safety & Health Officer
